Terms \u0026 conditions
The terms that apply when you book a ride, including cancellations, payment and liability.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is binding once you receive a confirmation by email or SMS. The quoted price applies to the route and options you selected; changes made in the car are charged according to our published rates.
Cancellation
Scheduled rides can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 minutes before pickup. Immediate rides can be cancelled within 3 minutes of ordering. Later cancellations may be charged the minimum fare.
Waiting time
The first 5 minutes of waiting are free on city rides and the first 60 minutes on airport arrivals. After that, waiting time is charged per minute.
Payment
We accept card, Swish and, for business accounts, monthly invoicing. Prices include VAT. Digital receipts are issued for every completed trip.
Luggage, pets and conduct
Luggage must fit the booked car class. Pets travel in a carrier or on a blanket after agreement with the driver. Drivers may end a trip if a passenger behaves unsafely.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our negligence in line with Swedish law. Lost property is stored for 30 days and can be reclaimed from our office.
