Privacy policy
What personal data we collect when you book a taxi, why we need it and how long we keep it.
Data we collect
Name, phone number, email, pickup and destination addresses, trip times, payment status and any notes you add to a booking.
Why we use it
To carry out the transport you ordered, to contact you about the ride, to issue receipts and invoices, and to handle complaints or lost property.
Legal basis
Performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in safe and efficient dispatch, and legal obligations such as bookkeeping.
Sharing
Trip details are shared with the assigned driver only. Payment data is handled by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.
Retention
Trip and receipt data is kept for seven years to meet Swedish accounting rules. Account data is deleted on request unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
